Delivery Policies:

Business Deliveries:

For deliveries to a business we will not call for a delivery appointment.  Delivery can be expected during the delivery time frame selected by the customer.  If the business is a secure facility we will do our best to hand deliver to the recipient but many times deliveries must be left with a mailroom or receiving department for the company.  We will leave the balloons in the bag to avoid damage.

Residential Deliveries:

We will call the recipient to make sure they are home!  We will do our best to arrange a time that works within the delivery window selected  by the customer.  If the delivery is to a residence with a doorman, full-time concierge or housekeeper please indicate that in the order notes and in that case we will not call to make an appointment.

Hospital Deliveries:

All hospitals have different procedures for balloon deliveries.  In some cases we leave the balloons with security and in some cases we deliver to the room.  We will follow the hospital policies when we arrive.  Please note- ALL OF OUR “GET WELL” BOUQUETS ARE LATEX FREE.  For deliveries to a hospital we will not call for a delivery appointment.  Delivery can be expected during the delivery time frame selected by the customer.

School Deliveries:

For deliveries to a school we will not call for a delivery appointment.  Delivery can be expected during the delivery time frame selected by the customer.  We can not makes deliveries directly to a student in a learning faculty.  Deliveries to learning facilities are limited to facility.  Please note – Dorm room deliveries are acceptable.  Some dorm buildings have a mailroom to leave a package and some don’t.  Please check and indicate in order notes.

 

Cancelation/Refund Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund 24 hours prior to delivery date
  • Orders over $300 require 3 days notice for cancelation
  • Any damaged, missing balloons must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  Please provide pictures for refund/replacement consideration.
